Abstract. This report presents the results of the monitoring study on the activities of the main budget fund managers in the field of technology transfer in 2024. In particular, the report provides data on the number of technology transfer agreements signed, the revenue generated from these agreements, the amount spent on financial incentives for the authors of technologies and technology transfer persons, and the funds spent on technology procurement. The study determines, how technology transfer has affected the financial condition of enterprises, institutions, and organizations under the authority of the main budget fund managers.
It is intended for representatives of government agencies, researchers, engineers, faculty members at institutions of higher education, graduate students, and students in relevant fields of study.
