Abstract. This research and analytical report is devoted to an analysis of European models for the operation of regional technology transfer centers and the instruments of its government support. The study examines international systems of regional centers (TTO Circle, The DTC Network, KTUR) and regional networks within individual countries.
This study covers best practices from six European countries, which developed its own unique mechanisms for stimulating innovation. Their expertise provides a solid theoretical and practical foundation for optimizing the Ukrainian technology transfer model in the context of European integration.
The results contain key recommendations, based on the studied best European practices, for optimizing and modernizing the domestic technology transfer system in the context of European integration.
