Abstract. This paper presents the results of the study on the state of technology transfer—developed using state budget funds—in 2025, based on data provided by budget managers. The study analyzes the trends in the following indicators: the number of technology transfer agreements concluded, the amount of funds received from technology transfer, the share of funds allocated to innovation activities and technology transfer, and the amount of remuneration paid to the authors of technologies and persons involved in technology transfer.

It is intended for the representatives of the government agencies, researchers, engineers, faculty members at institutions of higher education, graduate students, and students in relevant fields.
