Abstract. Neuromanagement strategies are becoming a common trend of self-development, which is quite important for researchers, especially in search work. Assisting one’s own cognitive capabilities increases the effectiveness of typical activities through the full application of cognitive resources, combining several technologies. According to technology development programs, particularly in open science, the next two generations can use neuroplasticity as a new competence.
