The first stage is work that devoted to the creation of a software and hardware complex of the central repository model.
The second stage is organization-methodical work and measures to create software and technical conditions for connecting local repositories of institutional participants and users.
The third stage is organization-methodical work and measures to create software conditions for building a comprehensive analytical subsystem of the National Repository and improving the tools for working with local repositories and users.
The execution of each queue involves the implementation of a complete set of works on the creation, testing, research and industrial exploitation of NRAT.
The volume and content of each queue is determined by the National Repository Manager, in agreement with the Ministry of Education and Science.
